How do people work for 16 hours straight?
It's straightforward when you have a specific, narrow task, like a bug you're trying to track down, or something that has to follow a precise predefined spec (and has to be delivered tomorrow).

Usually, if I can't work a lot, it's because I feel like I'm spinning my wheels, or I have an underlying issue with my partner/our direction. It's hard to self diagnose, though.
