There’s not a pill for #8. There’s a pill to feel ecstatic/happy temporarily with inevitable hangover/withdrawal. Unless you mean like Prozac or something

We already have #4 - anorexia, and a number of medical conditions. These aren't pleasant. We need to ability to gain weight from food we eat otherwise we'd only ever be loosing weight.
