In case of Britain, bad coverage is kind of obvious to Americans, who can relate (visited, language, etc.). But think about the countries that are not so obvious. Like Russia.

Doesn't this say more about the state of 'news' than it does the NYT? For instance, the Brit press is full of false information/ politically pumped stories about its own country!
