We're motivated when pursuing our passions while applying our skills to provide value to our business.

“to provide value to our business” and why might you want to provide that value to a business? to increase the value of the business, which might increase its monetary value? or, if you are not a shareholder of said business, maybe you provide value in exchange for a paycheck?
