The Kentucky GOP is working to beef up the state's voter ID law before November by adding a photo and expiration date to the list of requirements.

Considering the political leanings of most university staff, I suspect the universities would be happy to redesign their IDs and issue new ones to their students if you suggested this to them.

Google says that is at least 100k students over the 5 top 5 Ky institutions. By the time you administrate this it is at least $5 per, or at least half a million dollars to administer. Please describe why you believe the uni CFOs would be happy to shoulder such an expense.
