Controversial/unpopular statement in 2019: Great engineers, designers, and product people should create startups that solve real problems. Startups can sometimes be good for society, and good places to work.
We don't even have to require that startups should be created to solve real problems. Big ideas often seem like toys in the beginning. It's one of the ways they hide.
