This is definitely it. The experience will be orders of magnitude better than a phone. The challenge will be blending technology w/ the fashion factor which is why Facebook's teaming up w/ Luxottica is a brilliant move.

For 23 years I've believed this is the future of computing, ever since I met Steve Mann. The problem is the input device. Something like this is close: https://www.tapwithus.com/ But still not quite there I think.

It looks cool, but it's really pricey for an add-on device. I suspect if it were half the price it would be flying off the shelves for Christmas.

Ripe for dematerialization. I suspect these will be leapfrogged by bionic contacts or lenses. There's elective surgery for better than 20/20 vision with an easily changed implant in Canadian clinical trials, I think.
