What about Cuba? It's at the top of almost all of them. 5-year cancer survival rates obviously depend on how young your patients are. US patients are younger than European ones because US people are younger on average.

Drug abuse is still, in great part, a mental health issue, ergo a healthcare system issue. Am I right?

Something this doesn't really talk about is that because most countries pay for healthcare out of taxation preventative strategies ( smoking bans, sugar levies etc) are more likely to become national policy which may contribute to the difference in obesity too.
