Important question of the day: for my 7-year old, do I introduce the series in the order they were released (episode 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3...) the way I saw them? Or, in numerical order?
7 yo inventing Star Wars characters: 7 yo: Quir-Vin Noris was a Gungan. Me: And what was special about him? 7 yo: He wasn't annoying.

Make of it what you will but I watched in serial order, i.e. 1 through 6, and that made me appreciate the original trilogy a little less. The visual effects just seemed lackluster, fight sequences seemed slow. I had to constantly remind myself how old these movies are.
