There are a lot of countries with much longer average lifespans where everyone has healthcare and no one goes bankrupt due to healthcare costs.

Yes, most of Europe countries have higher life expectancy than USA, while significantly poorer. Even Slovenia is better. USA healthcare is broken, it is obvious, and it is a big shame.
