Idea: Ask people who don't believe anthropogenic climate change is happening what would convince them that it is, then automatically notify them when that happens.

It's a very socially unpopular position. So, there's a good chance that they'd talk about statistical significance, correlations with natural phenomena (like sun spots, etc), and be much more educated on the actual science than you'd expect.
