You'd learn a lot simply from asking the question. I bet quite a lot of people would say nothing would convince them. And if you offered a menu of choices, some would pick milestones we've already passed.

Idea: Ask people who don't believe anthropogenic climate change is happening what would convince them that it is, then automatically notify them when that happens.

I agree. It seems it mostly is anthropogenic, but that's largely beside the point, and leads to unproductive rabbit trails.
