That’s fair, you’re already extremely generous with your writing. Do you have any favorite parenting resources? FWIW, from your posts you seem like the kind of parent I’ll aspire to be.
Reading a lot of autobiographies. The early parts are implicit how-tos, or how-not-tos, and they tend to be much more candid and insightful than books explicitly about parenting.

Are there specific traits or mindsets you try to develop in your children? Would this match your “what we look for in founders” essay? I wrestle with this idea quite a lot. I figure I would want to prepare my children to deal with the problems I face, but is that right?

Want to equip them to learn to deal with problems at a meta level. For me this means: rewarding failure just a bit less than success. Paul also had a nice tweet about “treating your kids like naive colleagues”
