But that button as it is makes you want to click it, doesn't it? Engagement is king.

Maybe recognizing the face faster would increase engagement. They could test to find out. But even if putting the button over people's faces did increase engagement, that would be a pretty sinister choice to make.

I’d go with shifting on the y axis. Maybe go -25% on the y from center.
