Maybe. I think in 25 years nothing will be substantially different with the environment, and all people will have to do is point to the hysteria we see today as proof we were a little too over-zealous.

Eh. The migration crisis in Europe was in large part due to civil unrest caused by famine caused by drought caused by climate change. The hysteria isn't unwarranted; however, I think the right answer is changing the Earth's albedo via aerosols, like how Krakatoa changed climate.

The q’s used to determine basic scientific literacy have nothing to do with climate science proficiency. Also, when you understand climate science and the implications on the environment it (sadly) makes remaining a US conservative (read: republican) a non-starter.

Shows you right there that they aren’t even looking at the same “facts”. They only seek out the “facts” that confirm their beliefs. Good example of how almost everything works these days and why real facts are becoming irrelevant, which is extremely dangerous.
