Paul, I love laughing at those stories too. It’s a hobby of mine. But why broadly diss/dismiss the NYTimes to your impressionable acolytes who may not (have time to) be much exposed to the disenfranchised or less privileged people whom NYTimes does an important job representing

Does it? The kind of stories I've read out of the NYT in the last few weeks include: complaining that NYC is abandoning the interests of car owners by making 14th street car-free; complaining that Paris is abandoning the interests of car owners by making Paris green.
