Nope, that's only true for Schiphol airport taxi's. Almost all Tesla are company cars here, because of tax incentives.

it's all taxis. got to think this will come back to hurt Tesla brand in the long-term

it‘s a very common sight in Europe. Go to Germany... tons of Mercedes, BMW and Audi used as Taxis. No brand damage whatsoever. In Tesla’s case it will be excellent exposure since many people don‘t know the brand (yet) at all.
