Not success but feels good to have gas to continue executing
When you finish YC, they take you into a special room and tell you that fundraising is not success, but merely a means to an end, which is creating a successful company. They also tell you this constantly before YC, during it, and after it.

It's about solving problems. VCs want to solve problems by hiring the right people for the job. Founders want to solve problems directly but need the funding to solve problems at scale.

Believe it or not, this is not the worst pitch I've received. It's (a) concise and (b) I can tell what your product is. Those two alone may push it into the top half.
