Um @Porsche, this word Turbo does not mean what you think it does

Would you recommend engineers name products rather than marketing people? Serious question.
-
I don't care much who names things. But I'd rather engineers run car companies than marketing people, and whoever's running the company has veto over names.

Real engineers wouldn't call it Autopilot either

This weird taycan turbo naming also suggests they are going to retain the turbo moniker for successor of current 991 911 turbo S even though most combustion 992 911s have turbos!

This doesn't seem fair. Porsche is run by an engineer who has a PhD in Vehicle technology. The new Porsche 911 GT2 RS MR was until recently the fastest car around "The Ring". The Taycan seems like a well engineered car. They've done pretty well at Le Mans with hybrid cars...

It doesn’t matter...Car industry is pushing in the right direction cause of heavy efforts made by Tesla, that’s the point.

Fair. Engineers also wouldn't do the following things without barfing; · release the current model 3 · lie about current product capabilities · grossly overstate their ability to deliver a technological advancement
