What is in your experience harder to cultivate, optimism or ambition?
Empirically, ambition is harder to cultivate than optimism. There are a lot more optimistic people than ambitious ones.

That's interesting. Personally, while I've alwyas had tons of ambition, maintaining optimism has been a harder practice. Esp when triggered by childhood trauma stuff.
