@paulg if I have the optimism evangelism, big picture and human leadership and connection skills, solid vision and product market fit, is it ok to feel like you need an adult in the room someone like a COO. I know how to listen. I hate on myself for not naturally being that adult
It's ok to wish you had someone to handle the sort of work a COO does, but not to wimp out and refuse to do it yourself if you don't.
