      When a company is going to get crushed by an up and coming startup, the smartest employees know it long beforehand. They know their employer is not going to die this month, so there's no urgency about leaving, but they know they'll be gone in a couple years.

      @naval @paulg while I agree with you generally, you have the comfort of making fast judgements. Most office moods are very contextual and it’s humans we are judging. Have you ever considered how lucky you are to be in a position to make such (sweeping) judgements ?
