I was merely asking why the correlation between good stock picking and being helpful. Why not look for helpful vs looking for folks who pick well with conviction? I do think it's correlated, but was curios to hear
@paulg's thoughts.
That's an interesting question. While it's theoretically possible for there to be helpful investors whose m.o. is to chase hot deals rather than to think for themselves, empirically there aren't any.

Investors have a fierce competition now a days so they do every thing to build a reputation and easiest way for this is to be helpful & resourceful. Now hitting a jackpot is luck as funding doesn't have a strong Co relation with success.
