Lol, no one wants to hear our voices. Listening is a cost centre. It's about friction, and hoping that it's enough to deter cancellation for N more month.
Adobe used to do this with their subscriptions. Don't know if they still do. Used to flip the bird anytime I walked past their offices. Probably not a sentiment you want a generation of founders to have towards your brand.
