In fact, it's kind of amusing to allow them to continue to think they're right about Lambda School. It's almost like playing a practical joke on them.
I recommend you just stop caring what the armchair pundits of Twitter think. Their opinions don't matter, and you have other much more important fish to fry.

@Austen does have to fight back against any especially visible lies/skepticism/innaccurate critiques. We’ve seen the effect not doing so can have on a country, let alone a company.

this is a problem with tech and critics: companies over-market and critics have unfair expectations. I wish it were acceptable for products and users to understand that they're part of a experiment. "failure" is a statistical fallacy; there's a distribution of outcomes
