        This one is wrong too. It’s hard to redesign your house to include a cellar and some building codes won’t even allow it. This modular unit is attractive if you’ve got a little space available for it.

        I feel bad for those people because deep down they’re probably builders themselves, but carry the specious belief that innovation can only happen in quantum leaps. So they’ll probably never make things and instead spend their time disparaging those who try.
