I like most of your ideas, but not this one. It's important that a startup have the ability to build its own product, and building the initial version is a valuable, indeed company-defining, exercise.

@paulg , please the whole idea is this: 1. The startup is already funded and needs to iterate quickly. That's the market. 2. Startup employs remote workers, not outsource development. Surprised by this answer. If you’re non technical then IMO it’s smart to do whatever you can do find PMF and then you can use that to get a tech co-founder.. hard to get someone to join you if you haven’t done anything yet.. then where’s your value?
