A hybrid solution. Lambda students but my company’s PM and EM. Once students are done with Lambda, I’d hire them.

Like this approach. I think of Lambda team augmenting the skills of the startups team. Allows a company to ramp up quickly but maintain their vision

When I see a startup that has outsourced the development of its software, it's a near automatic no. I say "near" automatic because I can imagine marketing-focused startups where the quality of the product comes second. On the other hand, I can't imagine one getting huge...

agreed with Paul. Unless that startup already have everything map out, design etc and simply need coders .... which rarely is the case ... unless you build just a login screen :)

I don't like Lambda building a dev shop. I understand students need experience, but running a dev shop is a drain and pulls resources from their core mission.
