  Dear 10 yo. The most important lessons in Rugby. 1) Run at space, not the man in front of you. 2) Defence wins matches. 3) Be aggressive, never violent. 4) Shake hands with the opposition & referee afterwards. 5) Smile always, it’s the most incredible sport for every shape/size.
