Do either of you think there could be a viable business helping startups do this? Basically helping them with the grunt work of getting the first 1000x users, doing things that don’t scale? Or is that a labor of love that should be done by the founders?
Founders should do it themselves. No doubt there would be some who'd want someone else to do it for them, but anyone doing it for them should be sure to get paid in cash rather than stock.
