  Phase 2 here, users have been ordering groceries for 6 months even though our product is still super basic. Just gave our monthly update to advisors, and boy is the advice flowing! It’s kind of overwhelming, but like a cool overwhelming.

  Yes it is may be phase 2 energizes us to work. But it’s crazy too. Sometime I am confused, sometime I wonder is this working, sometime I am happy. Users and vendors behave in a crazy way too. Roller coaster is phase 2 may be.

  Sad special case of 2 is when you are the initial user of an open source app and nobody else sees it or cares to talk to you. I agree it’s contrast for 3 and will make the story better.
