I was thinking about how some people confuse Lambda School with coding bootcamps. Then I remembered how people similarly confused YC with startup incubators, and Dropbox with the many broken online backup things available then, and so on.

Can’t think of a better situation than this for startups. 1. Proven market, so you don’t have to educate new users, and 2. Competition is weak, potentially complacent, and therefore beatable.

Isnt this an example of incremental innovation ? .... if you don’t have a lame predecessor, aren’t you the lame predecessor ? I’m assuming we believe in growth & innovation
