Is non-biased journalism even possible?
Yes, neutral journalism is costly. Journalists are people; people are not neutral. Occasionally, individual people will change their bias, but that's costly (and often difficult in spite of the cost).
IMHO, the polarization causality is important. I think, the right got to express themselves thanks to low friction(& cost) social media, and found they are big together. Focusing left to go more extreme to counter them. So what if the *cost* to publish gets back to high?
