Well Akshay rn I’m getting flooded with DMs about how the 100 book quote terrible. Got taken as literal because in hindsight I framed it poorly. So trying to clarify with a bunch of people that I do in fact think reading a lot more than 100 books is a good thing

100%. Great advice - thanks. I’m pretty vocal about how valuable I think reading is, so I almost felt a responsibility to make sure people recognized my actual views on the topic. Felt like I accidentally misrepresented myself in a public way about something I care deeply about.

LOL Hopefully I'm not one of the causes for the blow back. I know I did my share of explaining my views on this thread. I don't think you misrepresented yourself. If anything, I think it just showed that your network shares a common interest in books/learning with you.
