Outside of enterprise, many deride the work intensities I’ve noticed. For some, goal execution or business creation fulfills.

If I'm reading between the lines correctly y'all think seeing it as a flaw is the actual flaw. Might be true but there are definitely people out there where working long hours truly is a flaw because while there productivity might be high they hurt the overall productivity.

I think it mostly comes down to are they working long hours as a form of signaling or because there is good work that needs to be done.

These are biological predisposed based upon neuropharmocology. GABA/glutamate balance plays a large role, in effect: relaxation=memory/calm vs exititory/drive. Serotonin modulates this, when depleted causes in balance. Also necessary for 'connecting' new ideas.
