Compared to American tax evasion it doesn’t seem too far off? Quick google search finds https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.brookings.edu/blog/up-front/2019/04/09/how-big-is-the-problem-of-tax-evasion/amp/ … but there is probably better data. Considering the tax levels involved in Scandinavia vs US, I guess that is a decent trade-off
