Biographies of famous people often mention how they worked at night and on weekends, as if this were painful for them. But if you like what you do, nights and weekends are the best time to work. That's when you get those wonderful big blocks of time without interruptions.

no doubt for that. I am now just at the start of fatherhood and trying to find my way through to something that would be best for the family but also good enough for me and my work. Since so far my life has been my work.

Yep that's also fine. I don't need to work as much as in my 20s. But as long as I still get work done and the feeling of happiness that comes from creating. Thanks for the insight Paul! And yes kids (from the little I can see so far) are indeed great.
