Do you think having a strict work routine is necessary Paul? Or you approach work in a more messy/mood kind of way?
It may vary from person to person. I have kids, so I perforce have a work routine dictated by their schedule.
“Dictated by their schedule”-Very Key. Seems you never stop being a Father, Husband etc. These roles seem to all play out concurrently, all the time.
What about during your early days, before the kids?
