I still remember how excited I was the first time I saw a url in an ad. It was in 1995, on the side of a bus, as I was walking up Second Avenue in NYC. I thought "It's happening!"

For those of us not paying attention in the mid 90s how would you follow up with the company without a url? A phone number? A physical address on the side of the bus?
