      One thing I know for sure I would not do is go work for a big company, even a prestigious one like Google. I'd probably either go to grad school (like I did) or start a startup.

      Although... if you curb the lifestyle creep, Google can be great for saving up for a startup, and learning how a big company operates. Especially if the startup’s going to sell to big companies

      Yeah you’d have to break some habits transitioning to a startup, but pretty powerful learning the incentive structure of these companies from the inside

      I still don't know what the incentive structures are inside a big company. Just thinking about it makes me a bit queasy. But as far as I can tell, not knowing this hasn't harmed me too much.
