Crazy idea but you could match/etc their last ISA payment with a "first deposit into your new [Vanguard/Wealthfront/etc] IRA" and then advise them to set up a monthly set-it-and-forget-it in the same amount.

Fwiw I was a 03 Cornell CS major and have a hard time thinking of courses I've reflected on and continued to learn from in the intervening years as much as the Phil courses I took
