One sign of a startup idea is the word "shouldn't." If you find yourself saying "users shouldn't have to do x" or "we shouldn't have had to build y," it's often a sign of a missing startup. And if you're the one saying "shouldn't," that you would be a good person to start it.

This is awesome! Wondering their reasons for operating as a nonprofit though. Hospitals have a high incentive to ensure these caregivers are trained. They'll pay for the training. Nora Health needs to bring it to the US and be profitable, or better yet, I'll do it!
