One sign of a startup idea is the word "shouldn't." If you find yourself saying "users shouldn't have to do x" or "we shouldn't have had to build y," it's often a sign of a missing startup. And if you're the one saying "shouldn't," that you would be a good person to start it.

You read a line from our pitch deck: “users shouldn’t have go to 10 difference sources to find the content and services they need to manage their health and wellness”.
Did you copy and paste that from it? (I wouldn't ordinarily point out typos in a tweet, but if you did, then there's a typo in your deck.)
