When talking to investors, don't try to hide your problems. Investors know every startup is a series of disasters. If you pretend nothing's wrong, they'll assume you're lying. Confident founders are candid.

Yep I don’t want to lose my investors money or have to lay of the team, getting help early from seasoned voices around you can make a huge difference. The hard conversations are the ones I’ve found need to happen the quickest
