In general this is SO true - however I've had clients who were addicted to throwing sh*t at a wall, FAST, w/out strategy or thoughtful reflection. Thankfully they're the minority. Fast Shipping + Smart Strategy =

Met a lot of poor performing teams that constantly ship random crap b/c they have financial means to do so. I think Naval's quote holds true for VC backed teams who are (typically) held accountable by their capital sources.
