I put your comment as point 7 in the thread Paul. Seem to be very two similar concepts. I think the following question captures it: “Who would you call to break you out of a 3rd world prison?” Best identifies resourceful/high agency people.
I'm especially curious if you see any differences between the two concepts, because if there are, they could be something I should add to what I look for in founders.

I do see the same cluster. Perhaps my version stressed unweaving the difficulty and impossibility narratives told by others of a bit more. Yours stresses general inventive practical problem solving which could be narrative independent. I like both spins.
