while i like this idea, imagination relies on the foundation of reality. the better grasp one has of reality (say physics) the more valuable any ideas crystallised from their ideas are, thanks to higher probability of them being actualised. (+lower error rate/entropy)

What about the "Agile" process? By its very nature it is designed to draw out the creativity from a small group to problem solve. Granted there is a leader, but the reason it works well is that it combines and builds from multiple creative inputs. But for big ideas, I agree.

But strong teams can unlock individual potential and push creativity to new heights.
