What piece of advice you would give to kids of 3rd world who live in poverty and doesn't have a smart parents as you are, in order to be better when they are adult? Most of them are from small towns.
Depends how old. But judging from biographies I've read of people in that situation, my two answers would be to seek out good books and to find the best local teachers. In any town of sufficient size there is some smart teacher who can advise them, and is usually eager to.

When they have a question ask them to come up with an answer first. This will encourage them to form theories about the world and in my case ask more questions about why things are the way they are.
