My kids are always coming up with startup ideas. I decided the 10 yo is now old enough to hear the truth: if you want to start a startup, the thing to be doing at 10 is learning the things that will enable you to have good startup ideas at 20. How to program especially.

That won’t enable them to have good ideas — it will just enable them to *execute* on the ideas they have. Good ideas come from an outwardly focused inquisitive mind and active listening to the world around you.
That's not true. Being able to execute changes what ideas you have. The reason Zuck built Facebook was that when he noticed Harvard didn't already have its facebook online, he knew, as a programmer, how easy that would be to do.

But will programming be the key skill to have in 10 years or will it be commoditized/automated? What will be the key skill to be able to deploy in 10 years that will be the execution differentiator to be able to just do it (aside from entrepreneurial athleticism and vision)

You don't need to be a programmer to understand that a solution could be coded. You don't need to be a coding guru to identify market needs and SW solutions. Zuckerberg is a household name not because of his coding skills but because of his execution skills.
