How'd you find this? The jurors are principled, the intellectual property has value, the dispositions are speedy, and the website says the same thing twice. It's such a good example of "The more evil you act, the more legit you need to seem."

I unknowingly helped in the VirnetX suit v Microsoft. I was deposed as part of the proceedings to validate their claim to use their 'patent' in practice, not a high point in my career.

That's really interesting! Have you written about it? A few questions that pop to mind: How is it possible to assist unknowingly? (I'd like to avoid doing that.) What was the validation process like? And who originally approached you / was participation mandatory?
